Strathcona Gardens Residence is a contemporary/modern house located in Burlington.
We are so grateful to have this chance to work all over Ontario and not only expand our footprint but also experience all different cities, bylaws, and districts.
Since as-of-right land table was bigger than the area that client expected to build, we came up with unique idea to enlarge the building envelope and have so many double-height spaces inside. Open to above Family and living rooms bring in lots of natural light and create a different experience of interior spaces.
